Which companies

Companies named in a “Public Announcement of Liquidation Process” or a “Public Announcement of Voluntary Liquidation Process” on the IBBI website. Schools, hospitals, health and care providers, and companies named after a person are left out.

Two kinds of liquidation

Liquidation: ordered by the tribunal, usually after a corporate insolvency resolution process that found no buyer. Voluntary liquidation: a solvent company decides to close.

What is not here

Names of applicants, liquidators, directors or any individual. Addresses. The amounts claimed.
